so you want a boyfriend?
We all go through a time in our lives when we think it's awful to be single. Well good news is it'll pass and you won't be single forever! There will be a time when your friends have boyfriends and you don't and you'll just have to learn to deal with that. There are many disadvantages to having a boyfriend, you never know if you should text them or not, if you don't know wether you should kiss or hug them or where the relationship is even heading. Or just say you want to dump the guy, how are you going to go about doing that? They're full of confusion so make the most of being single.
There is no way to make a guy like you so getting a boyfriend can be quite hard. Here are some general tips you can follow but I don't guarantee anything!
♥ If there's a guy you already like you're going to have to talk to him. It's going to seem scary because you imagine talking to him so often. Just try and remember that he's a human too and just like everyone else burps and picks his nose.
♥ Ask HIM out! So the chances that he likes you too a quite slim but that's because he's never thought of you in that way before. By asking him out you can either get with him or get over him. Sure it's going to be embarrassing but people will forgot about it after a week or so. Try asking him out over text or facebook, it makes things less awkward.
♥ To get guys in general to like you, you have to be a happy polite person. Smile and use your manners, people are naturally attracted to a happy person.
♥ Flirt with him. You don't want to appear like the school slut but a bit of flirting with one specific guy won't do any harm. Get him to help you with that "really hard" maths problem and laugh a lot at his jokes, don't worry about him noticing 80% of guys don't even notice when a girl is flirting with him.
♥ Make him feel important. Guys don't like to feel stupid. If he cracks a bad joke don't tell him that just giggle and move on to talk about something else. A guy doesn’t like a girl who continuously corrects his mistakes.
♥ Be yourself! No one likes to hear this but it's true. If you change your personality to be with a guy then he won't be with you for the real you. If you're yourself you'll find a boyfriend you have more in common with.
Remember it's not essential to have a boyfriend. Many girls don't get boyfriends until they go off to college. High/middle school relationships tend to be silly and don't often last very long, they'll only end up hurting you.
